The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, plus experience in AI and automation tools to drive efficiency and standards across the office locations.

Qualifications

• 4 years relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong communication at all levels and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with IT and AI automation tools.
• Ability to mentor others and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team delivering on-site technical support across locations.
• Maintain conference room equipment and office technology standards.
• Collaborate with on-site stakeholders to plan current and future IT needs.
• Resolve 2nd line tickets and relate IT solutions across teams.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices for AI and automation tools.
