CLA is hiring an experienced Facilities and Collaboration Senior to join our Information Technology team. This in-office, full-time role leads a team delivering comprehensive tech support across locations, standardizing technology usage, and aligning with business objectives.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage on-site hardware, software, and network problems, and maintain conference room equipment to support continuity and productivity.

Qualifications

• 4 years relevant IT experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of experience and training.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Azure Fundamentals, CCNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT support across locations to ensure uptime and alignment with business goals.
• Maintain conference room equipment and on-site hardware/software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan technology standards and deployments.
• Mentor team members and develop training materials for staff on tools.
• Document processes and resolutions; drive automation and AI-driven improvements.
• Lead 2nd-level ticket resolution and regional IT projects.
