Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a Facilities and Collaboration Senior to lead on-site IT operations across multiple locations, ensuring technology standards and efficient usage of office tech and collaboration tools.

You will mentor staff, resolve escalated tickets, and partner with IT teams to deploy automation and AI-driven solutions, while shaping training and documentation for end users.

Qualifications

• 4 years relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or combination of experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Azure Fundamentals, CCNA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team delivering technical support across locations.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues on-site.
• Maintain conference room equipment and supporting business continuity.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to implement solutions and improve processes.
• Design training materials and documentation for staff on tools and automation.
