Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Facilities and Collaboration Senior to lead a team delivering comprehensive technical support across multiple Colorado locations. The role focuses on maintaining hardware, software, and conference room systems to ensure seamless operations in alignment with business objectives.

Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Azure Fundamentals/CCNA.

Qualifications

• 4 years relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or combination of experience/training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Azure Fundamentals and CCNA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site technology across specific locations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage hardware, software and network problems.
• Maintain conference room equipment and support business continuity.
• Create documentation, training materials, and best practices for AI and automation.
• Mentor team members to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
