Qualifikationen

• 5-8+ years IT leadership in a complex, multi-site environment.
• 3+ years managing and developing IT teams.
• 2+ years hands-on NetSuite administration/management.
• Experience managing CRM, eCommerce, EDI and systems integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.

Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals.
• Provide coaching and development to ensure strong technical capabilities.
• Establish SLAs and KPIs; report progress weekly/monthly.
• Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, and contracts.
• Oversee ERP (NetSuite) and CRM platforms; drive automation and analytics.
• Partner with MSP on security, risk management, and integrations.
• Build 1-3 year IT roadmaps aligned with business goals.
