Job summary

Luxor Workspaces is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to own the organization's NetSuite environment, Boomi deployments, and EDI operations, partnering with the EDI service provider. This role reports to the Sr.

IT Manager and supports order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes for Luxor and its parent company. You will manage NetSuite OneWorld configurations, user access, and third-party integrations, develop saved searches and dashboards, and lead incident response for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent business experience.
• 4+ years of hands‑on NetSuite administration experience, including iPaaS platform experience.
• Strong understanding of electronic data interchange (EDI) and X12 ANSI standards.
• Experience building and maintaining NetSuite reports, saved searches, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite administration, including user access and system configuration.
• Support NetSuite OneWorld configuration at subsidiary level.
• Manage third-party integrations (tax engine, payment gateway, TMS, WMS).
• Build and troubleshoot saved searches, dashboards, and analytics.
