Job summary

The Senior Enterprise Agreement Procurement Officer leads complex procurement activities for the New York State Office of Information Technology Services, focusing on IT goods and services.

Reporting to the CFO, this role oversees the full procurement lifecycle including requirements definition, solicitation development, contract negotiation, vendor management, and compliance with state procurement regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of progressive experience in procurement with focus on indirect procurement.
• Five years of recent experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, or purchasing.
• Two years of management-level experience with strong procurement knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex procurement activities for IT goods and services.
• Oversee full procurement lifecycle: requirements, solicitation development, and contract negotiation.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with state procurement regulations.
• Support indirect procurement including SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, and professional services contracts.
