The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior IT Manager & Competency Leader in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will lead the Onsite Technology team, drive engineering-led IT across the Americas, and partner with global product and technology teams to deliver key infrastructure projects.

You will build and grow technical capabilities, manage external partners, and push for delivery excellence while aligning with business objectives in a hybrid work environment.
