Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking an Electrical Manager to lead electrical design and execution for global expansion projects in Virginia and beyond. You will drive standards, oversee design and implementation, and coordinate across engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.

You will manage timelines, supplier relationships, and ensure designs meet LEGO and international codes, while integrating BMS, IT, and sustainability requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in electrical design and project management.
• Experience with large industrial expansion projects.
• Strong relationship management with general contractors and LEGO suppliers.
• Understanding of local and international electrical design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly technical meetings with PMs, designers, and general contractors.
• Supervise design quality and resource utilization.
• Ensure integration of BMS, IT, and Sustainability into electrical design.
• Oversee design work ensuring compliance with LEGO standards.
• Review compliance matrices and provide milestone reviews.
• Propose and approve manufacturers in specifications.
• Ensure value engineering throughout project lifecycle.
• Oversee site installation quality and alignment with factory standards.
