Job summary

The LEGO Group in Boston is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Leader to drive procurement for technology-enabled toys. You will lead procurement activities in the Technology Development organization, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient execution of project plans while coordinating with Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams.

You will monitor supplier performance, manage relationships, and push continuous improvement through cost modeling and risk analysis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years procurement, strategic sourcing, and ideally NPI experience.
• Understanding of engineering and electronics manufacturing processes.
• Experience with supplier management in multinational manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement activities within Technology Development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement, engineering, quality, and planning.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and manage supplier relationships.
