The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Manager and Competency Leader to head the local Onsite Technology team and contribute to the global leadership. You will guide people leadership, technical delivery, and partnerships to strengthen engineering capabilities across the Americas.

In this role, you will oversee IT infrastructure projects, including office openings, expansions, relocations, and collaborations with external technology providers, while developing the team for a future-ready

Qualifications

• Led complex IT infrastructure projects including new offices, office expansions, or relocations, covering planning, budget management, supplier coordination, risk management, and delivery.
• Managed external IT partners delivering onsite technology services.
• Drove a transition from traditional IT support toward an engineering-led operating model.
• Implemented modern ways of working that improved technology delivery consistency and reliability.
• Built and developed technical teams by identifying capability gaps and creating structured development plans.
• Established effective partnerships with business stakeholders and global technology or product teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a skilled Onsite Technology team with clear priorities and ownership.
• Drive delivery of regional technology projects across the Americas including new offices and relocations.
