Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to design, build, and scale systems for our global workforce. You will cover end-user computing, identity and access, collaboration tooling, remote connectivity, and core IT operations.

The role reports to the Director of IT and is hybrid (2 days in the office). You will work with broad stakeholders and drive reliable, secure solutions while simplifying complex IT problems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, network engineering, or related corporate IT role.
• Expertise supporting modern corporate IT environments with identity platforms, collaboration tools, endpoint OS, and device management.
• Ability to plan and execute complex projects independently and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve scalable corporate IT infrastructure and services for office-based and remote employees.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across endpoints, identity, collaboration platforms, and network layers.
• Use secure, scalable internal tools to automate workflows and support the business.
• Build and maintain technical standards, documentation, and processes for reliability and security.
• Translate business needs into engineered solutions and partner with departments and vendors.
• Act as a subject matter expert driving projects and operational excellence.
