Qualifications

• 5+ years IT engineering experience designing, implementing and maintaining scalable systems.
• Fluency with endpoint management across platforms (MDM, BYOD, MAM).
• Scripting/coding experience with Bash, Python, or low‑code tools like Okta Workflows; AI‑assisted workflows a plus.
• Experience packaging and deploying software idempotently for seamless deployments.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and agentic tooling for building, debugging, and operating integrations.
• Experience provisioning cloud workloads (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Terraform.
• Security mindset: least‑privilege access, secure defaults, cautious automation.
• Ability to move quickly, learn new tech, and adapt tooling as it emerges.
• Passion for IT hygiene and superior user experience.
• Strong team player with excellent troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and tune endpoints across macOS/Windows/ChromeOS/VDI for performance and user experience.
• Administer enterprise browser policy, extension management, and secure defaults.
• Build and maintain no‑code/low‑code automations to streamline tasks.
• Use IaC to standardize provisioning and configuration across platforms.
• Contribute to Ro's Zero Trust strategy across devices and identity.
• Own Ro's cloud‑hosted VDI environment and underlying infrastructure.
• Contribute to Ro IT Engineering tooling (osquery, Santa, etc.).
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Risk Management to protect assets.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to build and operate system integrations.
• Own project plans, schedules, and on‑call rotation.
