Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Systems Administrator/IT Engineer or senior escalation-level IT Support role in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of Zero Trust concepts.
• Experience with Okta SSO configuration, user lifecycle management, and Workflows for automation.
• Enterprise Mac endpoint/macOS administration experience (Jamf preferred).
• Design and implementation of AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Management: Manage the Mac fleet and drive zero-touch provisioning with accurate hardware inventory.
• Identity and Access Management: Administer SSO and implement PAM with Engineering and Security teams.
• Scaling Operations & Automation: Architect IAM Workflows and pursue RPA initiatives to optimize back-office processes.
• Security & Compliance: Build Zero Trust models and ensure SOC2, HIPAA, HITRUST compliance; manage API keys and monitor DLP.
• On-Call: Serve as Tier 2 escalation and participate in a rotation to cover nights and weekends.
