Job summary

AMB Sports + Entertainment in Atlanta seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to design, deploy, secure, and support enterprise infrastructure across hybrid on-prem and cloud environments, providing technical leadership for IAM, cloud platforms, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.

This senior contributor will collaborate with Networking, Information Security, Stadium Event Services, and business stakeholders, mentor engineers, and drive automation and documentation to reduce platform

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in systems engineering, infrastructure administration, or cloud technologies
Relevant certifications preferred (Microsoft, Azure, VMware, Security, or ITIL)

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and administration of enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
Administer and secure Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity services
Manage virtualization, server, storage, backup, recovery, and Azure infrastructure
Lead modernization initiatives involving cloud services, automation, lifecycle management, and platform upgrades
Automate administrative and operational processes using PowerShell and other automation technologies
Maintain PKI services and secure communications
Document architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures
Provide Tier III support during major incidents and drive post-incident analysis
Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the team
Evaluate emerging technologies to improve reliability and security
