Job summary

Worldpac Canada Inc in Edison, NJ, is seeking a Senior IT Service Engineer to own complex Level 2 desktop, mobility, and device issues. You will lead the most challenging tickets, mentor peers, and shape MDM and device management standards.

You will coordinate with Network during outages, drive imaging and deployment standards for PCs and mobile devices, and contribute to SOPs and post-incident reviews.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
• Strong Windows OS administration and MacOS troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and M365 in a Level 2 capacity.
• MDM platforms experience: 42Gears, Intune, Addigy or equivalent.
• Experience with Zebra RF/handheld devices (TC77/78, TC8000/8300, MC9300).
• Solid networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP) and outage handling.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own resolution of the most complex desktop and endpoint issues.
• Lead imaging, configuration, and deployment standards for PCs and mobile devices.
• Serve as escalation point for desktop issues not resolved by Helpdesk.
• Administer and troubleshoot MDM platforms (42Gears, Intune, Addigy).
• Contribute to device enrollment, imaging, and policy standards.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for device fleets across sites.
• Coordinate with Network during outages for root-cause analysis.
• Support post-incident documentation and preventive measures.
