Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL processes
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support for device management across Windows, Mac, and Mobile endpoints
• Administer Omnissa UEM (Workspace ONE) platform ensuring high availability and proper configuration
• Monitor and troubleshoot enrollment, compliance, app deployment, and security posture
• Support device lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, patching, and decommissioning
• Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to ensure enterprise standards
• Document procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of device management operations
