Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 4+ years of device management experience.
• Associate's degree in STEM with 6+ years of device management experience.
• Experience leading endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the Endpoint Management team responsible for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Drive strategic decisions and technology deployments within the IMT-Customer Support Services department.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.
