• Preferred certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, MTA, CCENT, MCSA.
• Ability to obtain a valid Racing License.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy for Derby City Gaming & Hotel.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, services and applications for the property.
• Manage IT budgets and capital/operating plan.
• Develop and mentor the IT team to meet business goals.
• Standardize processes and ensure alignment with governance and audit standards.
• Collaborate with CDI Corporate on IT initiatives.
