Job summary

Triveni Bio, Inc. seeks a seasoned IT leader to build and support the company’s IT infrastructure in a growing clinical-stage biotech.

You will partner with leadership and external consultants to define and execute IT strategy aligned with growth and scientific needs, while handling day-to-day IT operations on-site. You will be the front-line IT resource, implementing policies and procedures, and balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of direct IT work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as front-line on-site helpdesk support and triage technical issues for employees.
• Ensure cyber security policies are regularly monitored and followed.
• Ensure IT systems comply with regulations and access controls.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to automate IT operations and improve workflows.
• Perform regular audits of software licenses, credentials, and vendors.
• Monitor IT vendors to ensure cost-effective, quality support.
• Contribute to a scalable IT roadmap aligned with business and scientific goals.
• Support digital workflows and data integrity in lab operations.
