Triveni Bio, Inc. in Northern Kentucky is seeking an experienced IT leader to build and support the IT infrastructure for a growing clinical-stage biotech organization.

You will partner with leadership and external consultants to define and execute the IT strategy aligned with the company’s growth and scientific needs while also rolling up your sleeves to support day-to-day IT operations. You must have experience representing the IT function and supporting IT initiatives within a pharmaceutical,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ direct IT work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience supporting IT initiatives in pharma/biotech environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, GDPR) and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as front-line on-site IT support and liaison with MSPs and vCISO/vCIO services.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including network, AV, WiFi, and cloud services.
• Ensure cybersecurity policies are followed and systems remain compliant.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and collaborate to streamline IT operations.
• Develop and maintain a scalable IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
