Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience across IT orgs, processes, apps, infra, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• 6+ years synthesizing data, identifying risks and value opportunities for M&A diligence.
• 5+ years presenting findings in verbal and written formats for diligence engagements.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years consulting/industry, or MBA with 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT diligence discussions with client and target stakeholders across IT, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Identify IT risks, debt, maturity gaps, costs, and value creation; assess data and integration architecture.
• Analyze IT cost and financial data using benchmarks and build cost models.
• Create and oversee diligence work products, agendas, data requests, interviews, findings, and roadmaps.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, present findings, coordinate advisors, and guide delivery teams.
• Develop scope statements and pricing estimates; support proposals and recruiting.
