A current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance and DoD 8570 certifications are required, with demonstrated ITIL and related domain experience. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM; relevant experience may substitute for education.

Aufgaben

• Interfaces directly with end-users to resolve hardware, software, network and application issues.
• Provide expert support across desktop OS and office suites.
• Lead major technology assignments and troubleshoot incidents.
• May supervise others and act as technical lead on projects.
• Rotate on-call or shift schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Communicate clearly with customers via phone, portals and messaging.
