Job summary

Accesa, a leading technology company, is growing a delivery-focused team in a hybrid environment. The role emphasizes strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and responsible AI usage to support project outcomes for major client engagements.

You will collaborate with Developers, QA, PO, and BA to deliver high-quality applications, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience coordinating complex IT projects (including Fixed Price projects).
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of Project Management methodologies.
• Proven ability to identify optimal solutions across contexts, evaluating alternatives, outcomes and risks.
• Strong strategic planning and team-management skills to drive alignment and objectives.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end projects within scope, budget and timeline.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (Developers, Testers, BA, Architects, etc.).
• Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with stakeholder relationships.
• Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and foster collaboration.
• Manage resource allocations and workload in line with delivery requirements.
• Assess plans, estimates, schedules and deviations to maintain project integrity.
• Propose strategic adjustments to meet milestones and secure client sign-off.
• Foster transparent collaboration among delivery team, client, and partners.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving measures for efficiency.
• Proactively identify risks, set mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution.
• Inspire, motivate, and mentor the delivery team toward continuous improvement.
