Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization by managing customer expectations, facilitating meetings, and representing the company with outside entities.
• Prepare written procedures, policies, reports and correspondence; collaborate across corporate departments.
• Collaborate with customers, staff, IT colleagues, and stakeholders to identify requirements, assess impacts, compare costs and benefits, and recommend solutions.
• Manage expectations across 18 domains; facilitate governance to resolve cross-domain conflicts.
• Identify issues, present concepts to clients, implement recommendations, and liaise with clients to keep them informed.
