Job summary

enGen seeks an operational leader to head the data governance team, guiding enterprise standards, data marketplace activities, and support to business-led councils. You will plan, schedule and monitor delivery, driving the shift from data silos to certified data products.

Candidates should have 5+ years in leadership roles and a track record of aligning governance with business needs. A Bachelor’s in IT/CS/MIS is required; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, CS or closely related discipline.
• 5+ years in a leadership/mentoring role.
• 5 years planning, implementing, maintaining and growing capabilities within relevant discipline.
• 3 years developing, communicating and presenting concepts to varying audiences.
• Master’s degree in IT/MIS or closely related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all levels: manage customer expectations, plan and meetings, and represent the company.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and present concepts to clients.
• Lead governance activities and cross-domain coordination to unblock high-priority products.
• Oversee analysis of issues, assess impact of strategic changes, and manage activities within the unit.
