Job summary

El Camino Health is seeking a Site Administrator for Level II/III end-user support. The role focuses on handling help desk calls, recording requests, resolving Level One issues, and guiding users in software and hardware use.

Strong communication and inventory skills are essential. The position requires collaboration with site teams, mentoring junior technicians, and contributing to knowledge base improvements.

Qualifications

Two years of college-level coursework or equivalent.
4+ years of end-user phone support for PC desktop and application software or similar.
Experience installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing PCs in a network environment.

Responsibilities

Handle help desk calls from the company user base.
Create the initial record of the request and track progress.
Resolve Level One end-user problems and document solutions.
Identify, evaluate and solve workstation problems.
Support and train end-users in software applications.
Maintain accurate inventory and reporting of hardware/software.
Coordinate vendor repairs and warranties as needed.
Assist with on-site after-hours support and on-call rotation.
