Dahl Consulting seeks an experienced Country IT Manager for the U.S. & Canada, based in Dallas, to lead IT operations across North America. You will drive strategic technology initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure governance and security across the region.

You will collaborate with global teams, oversee infrastructure, and coordinate project delivery with vendors, while aligning local needs with corporate IT strategy. Leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT management experience or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP MM/SD and Microsoft automation tools.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations across North America, aligning with global IT strategies.
• Lead infrastructure, cloud, security, and service delivery initiatives.
• Manage IT projects from planning through delivery and control budgets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and IT governance across countries.
• Partner with regional/global teams to deliver country-specific initiatives.
• Monitor performance, provide reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and service level delivery.
