• 7 years of experience as a business architect or similar role.
• Knowledge of the Insurance domain and related processes.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support moderate to complex projects defining business capabilities.
• Elicit, organize, and validate needs for changes to workflows and systems.
• Create process maps, capability views, heatmaps, and use case artifacts.
• Align IT architecture with business objectives and manage scope.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive improvement.
• Prepare communications and presentations for business systems analyses.
• Coordinate scoping, estimation, and solutioning with teams.
• Serve as liaison between IT and business units during implementations.
