CNO Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr IT Business Architect to define business capabilities and analyze opportunities. The role will coordinate with BRDs, business units, IT leaders, architects, analysts, and product owners on large transformational initiatives.

The successful candidate will ensure technology aligns with business objectives, manage scope, and guide scoping, estimation, and solutioning of new systems or business solutions. This is a remote-friendly, U.S.-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/Business or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience as a business architect or similar role.
• Knowledge of Insurance domain and IT systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate moderate complexity business technology requests and define scope and requirements.
• Lead analysis to implement business technology solutions.
• Act as liaison among stakeholders to elicit and validate needs.
• Lead projects and produce process maps, value streams, and use cases.
• Develop business capability views and related artifacts.
