Join our team as a Sr. Business Analyst spearheading business analysis across interconnected systems, functions, and executive stakeholder groups. This position is structured as a direct career pathway into formal people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strategic relationships across business units to evaluate operating environments, priorities, and opportunities.
• Direct requirement strategies, process reengineering, user acceptance testing (UAT/QA), and cross-functional dependency management.
• Partner with technology and business leaders to assess solution options, ROI, and system integration impacts.
• Mentor project analysts, review deliverables, and refine overall BA governance, change control, and SDLC practices.
• Assist with scope tracking, risk mitigation, and milestone alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive business analysis experience implementing technical solutions, including demonstrated leadership.
• Proficiency with SDLC frameworks, relational data, basic SQL, reports, and system data flows.
• Proven ability to build consensus and influence cross-functional technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise tools (like PeopleSoft), APIs, data visualization, wholesale distribution, or logistics is a plus.

Work Location & Schedule

• Location: Atlanta, GA (Direct-hire / Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
• US work authorization required; sponsorship is unavailable.
