Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking an Advanced IT Business Analyst to document capabilities and requirements across Salesforce, nCino, and related platforms. This mid-level role emphasizes Agile Scrum delivery, strong stakeholder collaboration, and business process analysis in a financial services context.

You will partner with business and technology teams, craft user stories, and help drive platform enhancements to support commercial banking programs.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in financial services focusing on coordinating requirements and PM across large programs.
2+ years of Salesforce CRM platform experience.
2+ years with the nCino loan origination system.
2+ years using JIRA for backlog and story management.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Serve as liaison between business and technology teams to align objectives.
Create and manage user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
Support Salesforce and nCino initiatives including workflows and administration.
Participate in Agile delivery teams and ensure project governance.
