Job summary

The AES Group in Woburn, MA is seeking a Business Analyst with Salesforce and nCino experience to drive system improvements. You will gather requirements, map business processes, and collaborate with lending, finance, and operations teams to deliver robust solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in analytics or BA roles, strong communication, and the ability to manage testing and documentation in a fast-paced setting. This is an onsite role with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across units (Commercial Lending, Finance, Operations, Security, Compliance) to develop analyses and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with production, managerial, and executive teams.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on an ongoing basis and maintain processes.
• Deliver monthly status reports to stakeholders.
• Author and update internal/external documentation and deliver requirements documentation.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
• Develop relationships with business partners to optimize systems integration.
• Respond to questions from managers/executives with research and recommendations.
• Conduct current-state process analysis, identify system gaps, and develop workflow analyses.
• Set high standards to meet project deliverables.

Title: Business Analyst with Salesforce & nCino
Location: Woburn, MA
Work Schedule: 5 days onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Objectives of This Role

• Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
• Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity.
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.

Responsibilities

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications.
• Proven ability to manage projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• High proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
• Banking industry experience.
