Wintrust Financial Corporation in Rosemont, IL, seeks an Advanced IT Business Analyst to bridge business and technology. You will document capabilities, gather requirements, and support Salesforce and nCino implementations within an Agile/Scrum framework.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, creating user stories in JIRA, and ensuring alignment with PMO standards while driving process improvements across banking platforms.

Formación

• 3–5 years in financial services coordinating business, functional and technical requirements across large cross-functional teams, programs or projects.
• 2+ years of Salesforce CRM Platform experience.
• 2+ years of experience with the nCino loan origination system.
• 2+ years of experience with JIRA.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of general IT and Business Operations.
• Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for new initiatives and projects.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Create, refine, and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and JIRA backlog items with development teams across the SDLC.
• Support Salesforce and nCino initiatives including platform administration, workflows, and system enhancements.
• Participate in Agile delivery teams, facilitating requirements discussions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise PMO governance standards and delivery methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support implementation, testing, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
