Job summary
Wintrust Financial Corp is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer for a fully remote role. You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and nCino.
The position requires extensive hands-on coding, architecture and collaboration with delivery teams to implement scalable platform features. Applicants should have 7+ years of Salesforce experience, Platform Developer II certification, and proven ability to adapt to changing banking requirements.
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience with Salesforce CRM
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
- Experience designing, developing and supporting banking solutions with nCino
- Able to adapt to changing requirements and tasks
- Proficient with Apex, SOQL and related tools
Responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on Salesforce developer across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and nCino
- Lead technical development, administration and support of the Salesforce platform
- Participate in design of new interfaces and functions to support business initiatives
- Collaborate with Software Engineers to write and review technical specifications
- Provide advanced code review and pair programming sessions
- Provide production support for Salesforce/portals including after-hours support
- Participate in the full SDLC with focus on delivery
