The position expects expertise in Salesforce CRM, certification, and strong coding skills, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality software in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
• Experience with the nCino Bank Operating System in banking/finance.
• Ability to thrive in changing requirements and tasks.
• Proficiency in APEX, AutoRABBIT, Git, Mulesoft, OO design, SOQL/SOSL, VS Code.
• Effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on Salesforce developer across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and nCino.
• Lead technical development, administration, and support of the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with software engineers to write and review specifications.
• Provide advanced code review and pair programming sessions.
• Provide production support for Salesforce/portals, including after-hours support.
• Participate in the full SDLC with focus on delivery.
