Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and maintain applications including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the nCino platform. This senior role collaborates with business analysts and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
This remote position offers a competitive salary range and bonus eligibility. Candidates must have 7+ years of Salesforce CRM experience, Platform Developer II, and banking/financial services
Formación
- 7+ years Salesforce CRM experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
- Experience with nCino Bank Operating System in banking/financial services.
- Ability to adapt to evolving requirements.
- Proficient in listed programming tools and design patterns.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as a hands-on Salesforce developer across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and nCino installations.
- Lead technical development, configuration, integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers to define interfaces and design specifications.
- Provide advanced code reviews and pair programming sessions.
- Offer production support for Salesforce/portals, including after-hours as needed.
- Participate in the full SDLC with focus on delivery.
