• Experience leading enterprise-impacting, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end business analysis for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Defines analysis approach, requirements strategy, and validation expectations.
• Advises stakeholders on prioritization, roadmap decisions, and trade-offs.
• Partners with Agile teams, Architecture, Data, and business functions.
• Translates objectives into a structured backlog with epics and features.
• Ensures backlog health and alignment to strategic outcomes.
