Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) IT team is seeking an IT Business Analyst IV to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives in Charlotte, NC. You will define requirements, guide solution evaluation, and advise product owners on prioritization and trade-offs to deliver business value.

You may perform product owner responsibilities in some setups, backlog health, and roadmap support. You will work across multiple applications and teams to ensure alignment of processes, data, and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of IT solutions delivery, business analysis, data analysis, systems implementation, or process improvement.
• Experience leading enterprise-impacting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end business analysis for highly complex, enterprise-wide initiatives across processes, data, and technology.
• Defines analysis approach, requirements strategy, and validation expectations for large cross-functional efforts.
• Advises stakeholders on prioritization, roadmap decisions, dependencies and trade-offs.
• Partners across Agile teams, Architecture, Data, and enterprise functions to evaluate options.
• Translates strategic objectives into a structured backlog with epics and features.
• Monitors backlog health and readiness to support efficient delivery across teams.
• Leads and improves analysis practices and ensures acceptance criteria meet business intent.
