Coca-Cola Consolidated in Charlotte seeks an Enterprise Initiatives Sr Manager to lead cross-functional teams in defining and implementing new business processes and technology solutions that drive our strategic goals.

You will act as a change agent, coaching stakeholders on culture shifts, and collaborate with bottlers and software partners to design, test, and roll out enterprise solutions. A strong background in process design, project management, and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to influence leadership and bottling partners across multiple functions.
• Proven problem solving and strategic thinking in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Establishes relationships with key business leaders and serves as a trusted advisor on strategic initiatives.
• Leads enterprise change initiatives involving new business processes, practices, or technology solutions.
• Models and coaches culture change to sustain enterprise process transformation.
• Collaborates with bottlers, CONA, and software partners to design, develop, and test common solutions.
• Provides functional business support to resolve routine operational challenges.
