Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior ITBA experience required.
• Experience on state/government projects preferred.
• Ability to document business requirements and system specs.
• Strong IT project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience with UAT and testing activities.
• Data preparation and SQL scripting skills.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and familiar with Balsamiq.
• MS Office suite proficiency for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to support production issues and enhancements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate with business, legal and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for KOALA application.
• Analyze business needs and translate stakeholder requirements.
• Develop detailed business and system requirements.
• Support application enhancements and production activities.
• Create user training materials and documentation.
• Develop and execute test plans.
• Support UAT and data preparation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Support projects through the full lifecycle.
