Job summary

SIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst for a State of Georgia DECAL project in Atlanta. The role focuses on translating complex business needs into detailed requirements and coordinating with business, legal, and vendor teams.

Hybrid work model with USC/H4EAD eligibility. Requires 10+ years of experience, W2/C2C employment, and strong skills in requirements gathering, UAT, data preparation, and test execution.

Qualifications

• Senior ITBA experience required.
• Experience on state/government projects preferred.
• Ability to document business requirements and system specs.
• Strong IT project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience with UAT and testing activities.
• Data preparation and SQL scripting skills.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and familiar with Balsamiq.
• MS Office suite proficiency for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to support production issues and enhancements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate with business, legal and vendor teams.
