Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Test Analystto support software, web, and mobile application testing initiatives. This role is responsible for executing test plans, performing manual and API testing, identifying defects, and ensuring high-quality software delivery throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a collaborative Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience
• Experience testing software, web-based, and mobile applications
• API testing experience
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Experience creating, maintaining, and executing test cases and test plans
• SQL experience, including querying and validating data
• Knowledge of SDLC processes and testing best practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Selenium or other automation testing tools
• Experience using Postman, Fiddler, or similar API testing tools
• Experience with Jira and TestRail
• Knowledge of NFC-enabled applications and mobile devices
• Experience testing hardware-integrated applications or POS systems
• Familiarity with exploratory and regression testing techniques
