• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or closely related area.
• 4 years of progressively responsible experience performing budgetary reviews, financial analysis, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• 2 years of IT budget analysis or related IT financial function.
• 2 years working with PeopleSoft financial systems or comparable enterprise financial systems
• Candidates with third party billing and public sector or tribal accounting experience are preferred.
