SRPMIC is seeking a Budget & Accounts Analyst to monitor grant budgets and department expenditures, ensuring on-budget tracking and GAAP compliance. The role reports to the Administrative division and collaborates with police leadership and the Finance Department.

Responsibilities include variance analysis, monthly reporting, and development of centralized budgeting processes for contracts and vendors. Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft and MS Office is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
• Two years' experience performing budgetary reviews and analysis.
• Two years' experience with cost analysis.
• Two years' experience with Federal/State grant administration.
• One year experience with PeopleSoft (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze department and grant budgets and variances.
• Forecast department grant and operational expenditures with leadership.
• Develop centralized budgeting processes and contract payment tracking.
• Prepare and present monthly grant budget tracking reports.
• Reconcile monthly budgets in PeopleSoft and ensure GAAP compliance.
