Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) seeks an Applications Analyst to perform business process analysis, systems modeling, and requirements gathering for COTS applications. Under supervision, you will design, configure, test, implement and support low to medium complexity systems.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers, ensuring documentation and coordinating changes, while assisting in transitions from project to operations to keep environments stable.

Formación

• Experience with business process analysis and systems modeling.
• Knowledge of COTS application systems and configurations.
• Ability to gather requirements and develop documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers requirements and conducts analysis for application solutions.
• Reviews architecture, design and configuration of system solutions.
• Assists with product research, testing and implementation planning.
• Ensures documentation of configuration settings and change decisions.
• Participates in project to sustaining transition to maintain operation.
• Supports incident and change management for production systems.
