Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead process mapping and cybersecurity documentation initiatives within a large IT organization.

You will partner with IT leadership and SMEs to uncover undocumented processes and create detailed workflow documentation to support resilience and recovery efforts. You will manage discovery sessions, document current-state processes, and drive standardization across governance frameworks, ensuring accurate representation of operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of business analysis experience in complex IT or technology environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, interviewing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong Microsoft Visio skills for process mapping and documentation.
• Experience collaborating with technical SMEs across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, or IT disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and facilitated workshops.
• Inventory existing IT, infrastructure, security, application, and recovery documentation.
• Analyze and document current-state business and IT processes.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, inventories, matrices, and analysis artifacts using Microsoft Visio and Microsoft 365.
• Identify documentation gaps, process risks, and opportunities for standardization.
• Gather, validate, prioritize, and organize requirements for operational documentation.
• Collaborate with Technical Writers and IT leadership.
• Facilitate validation sessions to ensure documented processes reflect operations.
• Maintain documentation backlog, priorities, ownership, and dependencies.
• Support documentation governance, templates, review cycles, and repository organization.
