You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into plans, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure delivery milestones while coordinating with IT, operations, and business units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading IT or business-focused projects in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned to business goals
• Translate business and functional requirements into actionable project plans
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate across IT, operations, and business teams to ensure delivery milestones are met
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure functional requirements are met through collaboration with business analysts and subject matter experts
• Oversee testing, training, and change management activities during project rollout
