Job summary

Hadrian in Torrance, CA is hiring an IT Systems Administrator who will alternate between automation, AV for company events, and escalated service desk work. You’ll thrive in a code editor, run live events, and own conference-room tech from Logitech to Q-SYS.

You’ll build automation with AI chatbots, script in PowerShell/Bash/Python, manage ITSM workflows, and partner with Security, Infra, and DevOps. On-site presence and clear documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with hands-on AV ownership.
• Experience running live all-hands and large meetings.
• Deep Microsoft Teams expertise; GCC High a plus.
• Familiarity with room gear and auto-setup (Logitech/Crestron/Q-SYS).
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and automations beyond basic usage.
• Experience building automations or chatbot flows (Serval, Moveworks, etc.).
• Comfort integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Teams environment daily.
• Configure and run GCC High Teams meetings for events.
• Lead live AV for all-hands, podcasts, and large meetings.
• Own conference-room break-fix and gear like Logitech, Crestron, Q-SYS.
• Build automation and integrate systems to reduce manual work.
• Own ITSM workflows; tune queues, forms, and automations.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and DevOps on touched systems.
