Job summary

Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future is seeking an IT Systems Administrator in Torrance, CA to bridge AV and IT support, automate workflows, and manage our GCC High Teams environment. You will run live AV for all-hands events, configure conference rooms, and create integrations with APIs and automation tools.

On-site work with some travel expectations is required. The role emphasizes hands-on AV production, scripting, and ITSM workflow ownership, with collaboration across Security, Infrastructure,

Qualifications

• Hands-on live AV production experience.
• Strong Microsoft Teams administration, GCC High experience a plus.
• Scripting or coding skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and automation.
• Ability to integrate systems via APIs, webhooks and SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Manage our Microsoft Teams environment daily.
• Configure and run GCC High Teams meetings for large events.
• Perform live AV for all-hands, meetings, and podcasts.
• Own conference room break-fix and equipment setup.
• Write automation to deflect work and integrate systems.
